Growing up in Passaic, NJ, Shelly Riff started playing music at the age of 8 and hasn’t stopped since. This proved to be a good training ground for all kinds of musical influences.
‘The Innocence’, his debut CD, was recorded at the renowned Acme Studios in upstate New York. It features 10 original songs that possess the lyrical poetry of Sting combined with the pop sensibility of Crowded House and the raw energy of Incubus.
Shelly is currently writing the follow up to 'The Innocence'. The new full-length album features brand new songs and more raw energy then ever before. “This new stuff is more confessional and emotionally charged.”
